As a humanist publishing company, New Intellectual Press is committed to supporting charitable causes. Some portion of
the profits from
all the books we publish will be donated to charity.
More importantly,
we're committed to furthering ideas that unite us as one human community and
recognize humanity's welfare as a paramount value, not to be sacrificed at the
altar of religion, politics, or any dogmatic belief system. With these goals in mind,
we're interested in the following types of manuscripts:
- Inspirational, strongly-themed fiction that recognizes humanity as heroic
- Moral philosophy based on a rational view of life
- Popular science
- Anything related to Darwin, including philosophical and scientific extensions of that worldview,
particularly as it pertains to the survival and propagation of ideas in a
culture
- Critical analyses of religion, especially with regard to the epistemology of faith.
- Any idea that makes us say "Wow!"
